This is the sanctuary we believe we all carry within us: not just an external place we run to, but an inner realm where we find the resources to nourish ourselves. Yet, in these trembling times, perhaps the definition must evolve. As writer Bayo Akomolafe suggests, "sanctuary is not a place, but a practice."

To make sanctuary means learning to come home to ourselves, even when the world feels loud. It's understanding that safety is as much an internal perception as an external reality. This retreat is a journey into that practice—gently unwinding the tension, patterns, and beliefs that block your access to inner clarity and ease.
